Self-adhesive printing paper is a functional paper with a direct-printing layer coated on the surface of paper or film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating on the back. It combines the features of printing materials and self-adhesive labels, allowing users to directly print text, barcodes, QR codes, patterns, or images on a printer and then affix them to various surfaces. Compared to ordinary printing paper, self-adhesive printing paper requires no additional glue or fixing devices, making it simple and convenient to use and greatly improving work efficiency.
This type of printing paper usually comes with a backing paper (release liner) to protect the adhesive layer, preventing adhesion and contamination when not in use, facilitating storage, handling, and bulk use. The backing paper is usually coated with silicone oil or a smooth film, making it easy to peel off and ensuring the label adheres smoothly without damaging the adhesive layer. Depending on the application, the surface material of the printing paper can be ordinary paper, thermal paper, polyester film, or polypropylene film, meeting different requirements for water resistance, oil resistance, abrasion resistance, or high-temperature resistance.
