Our History
Nanjing Green Label Printing Co., Ltd. was established in May 2008 with a registered capital of 6 million RMB.
Situated in Nanjing-the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties-the company is located within the scenic Jiangning Economic and Technological Development Zone, right along the banks of the Qinhuai River. It enjoys a prime geographical location with excellent transportation links: it is just 10 kilometers from Lukou International Airport, 13 kilometers north of Nanjing South Railway Station, and within a mere 1-kilometer radius of both the Ninghang Expressway and the Raoyue Expressway. Leveraging its professional expertise in the field of label printing and a favorable corporate investment environment, the company has experienced rapid growth, establishing itself as one of the most specialized label printing enterprises in China today. In 2010, the company initiated a comprehensive equipment upgrade, gradually introducing high-end machinery such as high-speed OMET flexographic presses from Italy and six-color rotary offset presses to enhance both operational efficiency and environmental sustainability. Regarding technical accumulation and qualifications (from 2020 to the present), the company has secured 21 patents and 6 software copyrights, thereby reinforcing its technological barriers. In 2024, it was officially recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise. The company's business operations span a diverse range of industries, including daily chemical products, food and beverages, alcoholic spirits, and disinfection supplies.
Our Factory
The factory is situated within the Industrial Concentration Zone of Moling Subdistrict, Jiangning District, Nanjing (No. 116-3 Suyuan Avenue). Strategically located within the core industrial belt of the Nanjing Jiangning Economic and Technological Development Zone, the company benefits from convenient transportation access and comprehensive industrial support infrastructure. Factory Scale: Recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise, the facility operates as a specialized label printing plant housed within a standard, modern industrial facility spanning 3,600 square meters. The company currently employs a staff of 36, comprising 6 middle-management personnel and 26 core technical specialists. Core Production Equipment: The facility is equipped with two 6-color (+1 color) web-fed rotary UV offset label printing machines; one imported 10-color Omet (Italy) UV flexographic printing machine; and one imported 12-color Omet (Italy) UV flexographic printing machine. Furthermore, a 14-color, fully servo-driven 450HS flexographic printing machine is scheduled for acquisition in 2026. These machines are configured to integrate multiple processes-including inline screen printing, coding, registered cold foil stamping, lamination, front-and-back printing, multi-layer label production, and luggage tag printing-into a single, seamless operation. Daily label production capacity exceeds 4 million units, producing web-format labels fully compatible with automated labeling machines. Post-processing Line: The facility features integrated capabilities for hot foil stamping (gold/silver), lamination, varnishing, die-cutting, slitting, and AVT inspection. This line includes four high-speed die-cutting machines and four automated inspection machines, consolidating quality inspection, quality control, slitting, and rewinding into a unified workflow.

We offer standard prototyping services and support customers in conducting on-machine labeling trials to verify that performance attributes-such as color accuracy, adhesion, scratch resistance, and temperature tolerance-meet actual operational requirements, thereby minimizing risks associated with mass production.

We provide expert technical guidance on specialized requirements-such as anti-counterfeiting features, variable data printing, use of special materials, and environmental compliance-helping customers proactively avoid potential issues during the printing and application stages.

We implement a comprehensive, end-to-end quality inspection process-spanning from artwork proofing, ink color matching, and printing execution to die-cutting, rewinding, and final product inspection-to ensure that all outputs meet established standards for color consistency, print registration, die-cut dimensions, and overall aesthetic quality.

Flexible Delivery Arrangements
We accommodate both standard batch production and expedited processing for urgent orders. We coordinate logistics and delivery methods according to the customer's specific needs to ensure punctual arrival of the goods.

Upon delivery of the goods, we assist customers in conducting acceptance checks regarding both quantity and quality. In the event of issues such as transit damage or quantity discrepancies, we will promptly verify the details and resolve the matter.

Should any anomalies arise during the labeling or usage phase, we respond immediately upon receiving feedback. We investigate the root cause and provide effective solutions-including reasonable remedies such as product replacements or rework-to resolve the issue.
