Paper Quality and Coating
We start with a 170gsm photo base paper – acid-free and lignin-free. Then we apply a microporous coating using our Italian Omet and 14-color press. The coating absorbs ink quickly. You can handle the print within 10 seconds. AVT inspection checks for coating streaks. If a sheet has a line, we reject it. The adhesive is a permanent acrylic. Once you stick it, it stays. But if you peel it off within the first minute, it will not leave residue. After one hour, the bond is permanent.
