We use an Italian Omet flexo press and a 14-color full-servo press to apply the coating. The coating thickness is controlled to within 0.5 microns. AVT automatic inspection checks every sheet for coating gaps. We only sell sheets that pass. The paper weight is 190gsm – thick enough to feel sturdy but thin enough for any inkjet printer. Do not use it in laser printers. The heat will melt the adhesive. For inkjet, any brand works. Dye ink and pigment ink both perform well. We tested Epson, Canon, and HP. All gave good results.

MOQ is 20,000 sheets. You can mix glossy and matte in the same order. Free samples are available. Custom sample development takes 2 weeks. Standard delivery is 3 to 4 weeks.
